Once upon a whirlwind of motherhood and melodies, I embarked on a passionate journey in women’s sexual health and wellness in 2018. The catalyst? Welcoming my first baby into the world. A fiery desire to empower women, celebrate sexual identity, and break the stigma surrounding self-love set my course. My goal? To cultivate a sex-positive culture where every body is celebrated, every person feels confident, and sexual identity is owned with pride.

Personal experiences of sexual trauma colored my perception of intimacy. I knew there was more to it than pain and shame. I aim to create a welcoming community that fosters self-exploration, challenges the taboos of self-pleasure, and dismantles the walls of judgment. Every individual, I believe, deserves to know their beauty and the incredible potential of their bodies.

Amidst the delightful chaos of raising three girls, fronting a female-led band with my partner, and wielding my scissors as a hairdresser of over a decade, my career in sexual wellness caught fire in 2022. The epiphany? I had a global platform to make a real impact, to support lives worldwide, and I wasn’t about to miss that opportunity.

Juggling my responsibilities and neurodiversity (ADHD, OCD, and autism spectrum) led me to embrace help-seeking, hiring an assistant, and hosting working “happy hours” with colleagues. My motto? “Hydrate, Meditate, Masturbate, Repeat” – though sometimes, the koozies I send to clients end up in my girls’ backpacks and at school!

With over 200,000 social media followers in just a year, podcast appearances, being published in bustle, and advocacy work for sexual health, I’ve seen the ripple effect of fostering a sex-positive culture. The belief that consent, exploration, and self-love are transformative cornerstones has driven my mission. I’ve learned that patience is paramount and that admiring our own bodies in the mirror is a liberating act.
